Castelir Suite Hotel is a realm of fun and wellness, with naturalistic itineraries for discovering the charm and beauty of the magic of Trentino and its environmental heritage. Even inside the hotel, sporting opportunities are not lacking, as we have a large clay tennis court and can offer guests free use of mountain bikes and snowshoes as well as a golf course just 30km away.
Winter sports
Val di Fiemme is the perfect destination for lovers of winter sports, with more than 100km of slopes, 150km of cross-country skiing, 5 ski areas, a snowpark, a half-pipe and a border-cross piste. The cross-country piste (Marcialonga) is 500m away while the skiing resort is located just 6km from our hotel. Upon request, we can also offer skiing and Alpine guides, as well as personally accompanying our guests during their skiing excursions.
Between nature and adventure
From our charming dwelling, it is very easy to access the Paneveggio Natural Park or follow one of the stunning naturalistic itineraries connecting numerous points of interest and rustic lodges for stopping for lunch or dinner before proceeding amidst the luxuriant or snowy woods. Guests also have access to organised excursions, treks towards Colbricon Lakes, and rides along the cycle paths between Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa. At the end of the day, those who wish to can take advantage of the convenient Bike Express Fassa-Fiemme bus service.
Olympic Land
Val di Fiemme was one of the protagonists of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, hosting some of the most spectacular competitions of the event. Thanks to its world-class facilities, including the Cross-Country Skiing Centre in Lago di Tesero and the ski jumping hills in Predazzo, the valley welcomed the cross-country skiing, ski jumping and Nordic combined competitions, as well as the Paralympic cross-country skiing and biathlon events. A world-renowned sporting event that confirmed Val di Fiemme as one of the international capitals of winter sports, highlighting its unique territory, the Dolomites and its long-standing tradition in hosting major sporting events.
